Lovely place, we booked a standard room but we were upgraded to a larger suite with a gas fireplace and it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot overstate how nice it is to have a fireplace in your hotel room! Other than that the room was generally comfy, clean, and spacious. The free breakfast buffet was nice, obviously don't expect five star cuisine but as far as free food goes it was quite tasty. Ample onsite parking, and you're about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the very centre of Gatlinburg.

Derry

Easy access to everything downtown (main street) and the mountains (Great smoky mountains national park). It is a very cozy place. I loved the view from the balcony towards the mountain. They have an ice machine and laundry. The breakfast was very good, they have decaf coffee and waffle makers. It was a very good stay . The staff gave me instructions if a bear approached. Very comfortable parking. Next time I will stay in this place again.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I loved my room with a fireplace. Location was perfect to walk into Gatlinburg, yet it was just enough out of the chaos of the city to relax. Felt very safe. Pet friendly! The room was very spacious and and little details made it very practical and functional for a family.

Convenient location within walking distance of attractions in Gatlinburg. Room was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby. The property was dated as are many in Gatlinburg, but the fireplace was a nice bonus. Overall, the stay was nice.
